The Benefit Company is hosting complimentary training in Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) for up to two key leaders of each of our clients.

We believe this training is so valuable for our clients and their employees, we are providing it so you can test-drive it for free to determine if the training would be right for your organization.

Benefits of the MHFA Training:

Those who complete the course will be provided with a certificate of completion of the Adult Mental Health First Aid USA course from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing.
You will learn how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illness and substance use disorder.
You will learn the 5-step action plan to help someone who is developing a mental health challenge or is experiencing a crisis.
You will be provided with resources for assisting those with mental health challenges.
Participant Guides will be provided to each attendee.
One copy of the 230-page MHFA Adult Manual will be provided to each organization participating in the training.
Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided.
You will enjoy the opportunity to network with other HR and business leaders.

Requirements:

To receive the MHFA Certificate for completion of the course, all participants will be required to complete two hours of self-paced study online prior to the in-person teaching. Participants will also need to be present for the full day of in-person training, six hours plus lunch & breaks.

Costs:

The Benefit Company is providing this training for up to two key leaders at each of our clients for free. Additional members can attend for $200 each.
